The West Indian Lime | Key limes is renowned for its juice. Small in size, these limes are about 40% of its volume in juice. West Indian Limes are better suited to cooking than garnishing, used in seafood ceviche, dressings, marinades, and the famous Key Lime Pie. Unlike Persian lime, the West Indian lime does have seeds.
lime peel tea: 1 2" piece lime peel per cup of water, bring to a boil. reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes before drinking.
