Nutmeg is the fruit from a tropical evergreen tree (myristica fragrans). An intense spice that has a strong and distinct aroma used in rum punch and other alcoholic drinks.

Keep nutmeg away from dogs, as it is highly toxic to them, causing seizures, tremors, and nervous system disorders which can be fatal.
Ingredients: Grenada nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric & coffee.
