remove sea moss from the package. thoroughly rinse your seaweed with filtered or spring water. (do not use tap water] fill a bowl with filtered water and soak sea moss 6-12 hours. when fully hydrated sea moss will appear almost translucent and has expanded 2x its original size. 1 cup dried sea moss to 1-2 cups filtered water.
in high-speed blender with fresh filtered water for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth.
store in the refrigerator until it solidifies in a lidded glass jar
sea moss gel can last 3-4 weeks refrigerated or 3-6 month frozen.
